What About You?

I know I'm only an amateur, so I would like to hear from you. What is it that you have found to work in the internet money making field? Do you have a favorite GPT site? Do you have success in blogging, or maybe on the PTC sites?
I know that there are others out there, who know what they are doing, and I would love to hear from you. Leave me a comment and let me know.

Another GPT Site

I recently came across another site like the ones I've been mentioning. It is called SimpleGPT. I just signed up for it, so I can't at this time give my "site review", but I can say it looks very interesting. The layout really grabs your attention and the testimonies are pretty good. Also, the live chat feature at the left of the page is a great tool for any GPT site to have.
I'll be checking this site out for the next few weeks, and then I'll let you all know what I've found out about it. If you come across this post and you have already researched this site, let me know what you think of it.

Site Review #1- Treasure Trooper

Over the next few weeks, I'll give you my opinions on what I think to be the best of the internet money making sites (of course, out of the ones I have participated in which are a few GPT sites). I'll try and tell you what I have found to be the pros and cons of each site that I'm a part of(I would also really love to hear of any other sites that are out there, feel free to comment and leave your referral link to them). The first one we will focus on will be Treasure Trooper.
This was the very first GPT site a became a part of. This site has a variety of ways to earn money and have fun doing it. In order to end on a positive note, we will start with the negatives first. 1)Lower Offer Approval- Now I know, this may not be the site's fault; and I know also that it could be something on my part, but I've noticed out of using the same methods in comparison on each site that treasuretrooper's offers seemed to sit in the pending pile a little bit longer. 2)Point System- Just out of comparison with Cash Crate, treasure trooper's point system is a definite negative. They offer you platinum coins, but in order to receive the platinum coins, you have to do offers that only offer you those coins and no cash (every now and then they offers with both). Other sites aren't like this at all. Cash Crate for example lets you build your points as you earn your cash.
What are some positives: 1)Quarter Bin, surveys & PTC-Although the regular offers seem to not approve as well, Treasure Trooper has it set up to where you can have the higher approving offers easily accesible, as well as a PTC section (Paid To Click) and surveys that are guaranteed money. I would almost guarantee that you could spend 20 minutes a day on treasuretrooper and get at least $2-$3 each day just by doing the quarter bin and the PTC section. 2)Fun Site- Treasure Trooper is almost like a video game that you can make money on. There are always fun treasure hunts going on in the forum, the forum is always full of people who love the site and want to help you out, and when you have enough to work with you can always go and visit Matbutu's Trading Hut. No matter what kind of mood you are in, you will never be bored on this site. It's very fun and very user-friendly.
After spending a few months on Treasure Trooper and having just now started to learn everything about it, I say they deserve an "A-" on my grading scale (as if that means anything).

Is it Worth it?

When contemplating whether or not to get into the world of internet money making, the question will always come to mind, "Is it worth it?" I believe this is a valid question to ask. I'll share with you a little bit of my search for the answer to this very important question.
When I first started on the GPT sites, I thought I was on the fast track to making some real money. I had made 4 or 5 dollars in the first few minutes and my mind began to race with thoughts of what all I could do with the extra cash flow (I know, ridicuolous huh?). Then, the first brick wall came, I found that my pending offers folder continued to increase in size while my approved offers never did any growing. I felt frustration, aggravation and a little discouragement begin to set in. Suddenly the extra money thoughts disipated and it was evident I needed to do some research.
I almost gave up a few times, but I'm glad I stuck with it. I've finally started to learn a little bit of how things work. I learned some tips on how to get offers to approve more often and I finally started making some money. When I received my first check from treasuretrooper (even though it was only $20.56), I knew then this was worth it.
Each week, now that I've decided to get in it for good, I've seen myself making a little more than the week before. I don't have but a few hours a day to put into this, but as of right now I can make around $40/month of just extra money by spending about 1-1 1/2 hrs a day, 5-6 days a week doing offers and surveys. That's not a lot of money, but as I said, I'm still learning and the income is increasing. Also, for someone who has a little more time, and knows only as much as I know, they should be able to make even more than that.
I have found that is it worth the effort. Take your time in the beginning, if you are brand new to the GPT, PTC and internet money making scene (as I myself am), and learn how things operate. You will not regret it! When all else fails, come back and read the blog of the man who knows just as much as you do. Until next time!

Treasure Trooper Now Has PTC

Recently, on Treasuretrooper, they have added a PTC (Paid to Click) section to their site. Treasuretrooper is already a great website, with many cash offers, surveys, shopping, fun treasure hunts and many other great things. Now, they have added this section that allows you to get credited just by clicking on a few ads. This is not to mention the fact that the ads may be something that interests you.
If you are already member of treasuretrooper, go to the website and sign in. If you are not already a member of this great site, you can sign up by clicking here. Once you have signed in, click on the "cash clicks" section. Their you will see a list of PTC ads. Once you are in the cash clicks section, the only thing left to do is click the offers and you will be credited. The approvals for these are being put in manually, so it is only once per week that you will see them added to your approved offers list. So if you go through them and you are not approved in the beginning, give it a few days.
This is just another great way that treasure trooper has found to help it's members make a few extra bucks. It is also one more way that I have found on the internet to make a little bit of extra money, which is the purpose of this blog. I hope you find this post and the treasure trooper site to your liking. Check in tomorrow for more updates to my search for internet money making.

GPT Tip Corner- Tip #1 (Different Email Addresses)

Again, I realize that I am an amateur, and that there are many more qualified individuals all over the internet that have already conquered the internet money making scene. However, there are a few things that I have learned while participating in these sites. I'll do my best to post these tips every once in a while.
The first tip that I'll share is very basic to anyone who has spent anytime on these sites, and that is, when doing cash offers remember to use different email addresses. When completing the cash offers on your favorite GPT sites, you will find that if you use the same email address over and over again, all of the offers that you submit will end up in a pending folder somewhere without ever approving. This is due to the fact that each company pays attention to the email addresses submitted. Whenever you do more than one offer with the same company, you have to use different email addresses or your offers will not approve.
You can, however, use the same email address as many times as you choose to as long as it's with different companies. For example, if there are 1,000 different companies with cash offers, you can use the same email address for all of those and they should go through just fine.
You can find free email addresses all over the internet, the most popular are probably gmail & yahoo. I hope this post has helped you. Remember to check in daily for updates on this blog. Also, be sure to leave comments, questions or your "I know more than you" statements, I would sincerely like to hear them.

GPT Sites

If you've found my blog, then you have mostly likely at least heard of GPT (Get Paid To) sites. These sites allow you to sign up with them to receive opportunities such as cash offers, surveys, paid emails, points, prizes, contests, etc. GPT sites are a way that companies, the sites and the individual can make money. The companies pay the GPT sites, when the individual accesses their companies' ad. The GPT sites, then pay the individual a portion of the money paid to them. The individual also finds ads that they like from time to time, and so the company is benefited by the return.
There are plenty of scams out there however. I would caution anyone from joining a GPT site, that charges you for signing up. They give the same offers, surveys, etc as the other sites do, they just charge you for it. The three that I have listed in my previous post, (Treasuretrooper, CashCrate, InboxDollars) I have been experiencing with for the last few months, and they are completely legitimate and FREE!
There is one thing for sure however, you will not get rich by GPT sites. You can, however make a few extra bucks a month, which is good enough for me. As I dig into these sites, and to some other avenues of internet money making, as I have said, I plan to post my findings of the "ins and outs" as well as tips and other advice. Let's find that money!

Extra Income

Ever wanted to make a few extra dollars/month while you are killing time on the Internet? Well, that's exactly what I had in mind when I decided to fire up the search engine and begin to explore the different possibilities in the world of Internet money making. I'm hoping that maybe blogging about my search for different ways will encourage me to search harder, and maybe others can let me know of their success or failures in this areas.
My first endeavor has taken me to some GPT sites. I plan to post on some of them over the next few days. The three I'm experimenting with right now are Treasuretrooper, CashCrate and InboxDollars. So far, I've made a little money on each of those sites. I've reached the minimum payout on one, and received the check when the site said I would. I'm still learning, but I plan to stay at it until the system is ironed out.
Maybe you already have your system worked out. Maybe you have never heard of ways to make money online. Maybe you've run into GPT scams while looking for the same thing I've been looking for. Whatever the case, I plan to keep the search alive, and I'm hoping you will join me on my journey.
